BitPrecise Ltd specialises in software quality assurance. The company is led by Graham Boulton, Director — a programme and senior test manager with twenty-six years’ experience delivering large-scale, business-critical transformations.
Graham’s work sits at the intersection of delivery leadership and technical depth. He has led global SIT, UAT and end-to-end test programmes, defined enterprise test strategies, built high-performing test teams, and governed complex multi-vendor environments.
Programmes have been delivered for organisations including Volvo Cars, BMW, Amazon, Cisco and LeasePlan — combining stakeholder management with hands-on expertise in automation, APIs, cloud technologies and modern QA practice.
The current assignment is a programme-level Test Manager role at Volvo, governing end-to-end SIT and UAT for the software implementation of a new manufacturing super plant in Košice, Slovakia. The work spans seven manufacturing domains and a distributed test organisation across the UK, Sweden, Slovakia and offshore teams, covering in-house web software, middleware, message queues, APIs and a large SAP implementation.
Before that, as Principal QA Engineer and QA Lead at Volvo, Graham defined QA and release governance across multiple global markets, authored architectural decision records for the end-to-end test practice, and reported quality and innovation to programme boards and C-suite stakeholders.

Programme Test Manager
End-to-end SIT and UAT governance for Volvo’s new manufacturing super plant in Slovakia. Authored the programme-wide test strategy across seven manufacturing domains, aligned SIT and UAT into each shop’s master plan, and established testing RAID governance across concurrent workstreams.
Principal QA Engineer / QA Lead & Release Manager
Multi-market role spanning hands-on engineering and consultancy. Defined QA and release governance for global releases, built automation for microservices and API layers (Java, Python, Cucumber, Gradle, Rest Assured, Playwright), and presented strategy, tools and innovation at C-level. Test focus included data mapping, SAML SSO / OAuth2 and security aligned to the OWASP Top 10.
Technical Test Manager
Designed BMW UK’s enterprise automation framework for sales, aftersales and finance platforms. Implemented a full end-to-end CI/CD pipeline automating more than 2,500 scenarios on every repository check-in, and delivered automated API security testing aligned to OWASP Top 10.
Technical Test Lead
Authored and implemented the test strategy for a replacement motor quote solution on AWS, breaking apart a black-box system with microservices. Built Selenium and SOAP/REST suites, performance testing, and a standalone Java application to build and anonymise representative test data.
Test Manager / Technical Test Manager / UAT Test Manager
Testing leadership on major digital transformation programmes. Built test teams from the ground up — including Practique Associates and LoveFilm (27) — and delivered the tested video streaming solution that launched Amazon’s Kindle Fire HD in 2012. Authored enterprise test strategies across automotive, finance, logistics, eCommerce and media.
